Grape variety : <\/strong>Pinot Noir 100%.<\/p>\n

Soil : <\/strong>Chalk and Limestone.<\/p>\n

Production technical data : <\/strong>100% hand picked. This ros\u00e9 comes from 50% saign\u00e9e (bled juice) and 50% direct pressing. Low temperature fermentation followed by aging in stainless steel tanks before bottling.<\/p>\n

Tasting notes :<\/strong> Radiant, slightly salmon colour. Fresh on the nose with aromas of candied apricot and wild strawberry. Refreshing and mineral on the palate, with rose petal notes.<\/p>\n

Perfect food pairings :<\/strong> Tomato salad, skewers of pork, potted belly of duck.
\nThis wine can be enjoyed when young but will also age well for 1-2 years after bottling.
